Cognitive Coaching training focuses on planning, problem solving and
reflecting with colleagues and the tools needed to mediate another's
thinking. Learn how to facilitate thinking through questioning and
develop greater precision in language. An effective coach helps others
to reshape and refine their thinking for lasting change. |
